Of impressive scale, the Residences are clustered around a large pool and deck overlooking Playa Santana, so the landscaping had to match the scale of the buildings while not obstructing views. The front side of the Residences was heavily planted with trees and large shrubs slightly obscure the buildings and blend them into the existing native landscape.  The beach side of the Residences is the opposite, wide view corridors framed by few trees and palms while low water use plants form the ground plane.
